A straight combi swap starts at £1,299 and a three or four-bedroom semi is usually £1,495 to £1,835 fully installed. If you are comparing against a cheap quote elsewhere, check whether it includes the chemical flush, the Building Standards certificate and removal of the old unit. Ours does.

For a straight swap we can normally install within 24 to 48 hours of you accepting the quote. If the boiler you choose is in stock at the merchant we can often get it the same day; if it is not, a new boiler is usually a 24 hour turnaround. If you have no heating at all we prioritise the job.

The old boiler and all packaging leave with us at no extra cost, and are recycled through a licensed waste carrier. Tanks are different. A tank in the loft is usually drained and left where it is, because taking it out can cause a lot of damage and disruption to hallways and staircases. Where a tank or cylinder sits in a hall cupboard and can be removed easily, we take it away free of charge.

A chemical flush is included as standard on every replacement. A magnetic system filter is an optional extra at £95, since many homes already have one.
